Job Summary

Role Description

This is a remote position and must be able to meet job expectations without direct supervision. The Business Manager focuses on overseeing financial and operational processes. Responsibilities include clients internal procedure training Business Development oversight of accounts receivable for NHBS and clients AR working in cooperation with staff and clients to resolve financial challenges and providing business office support. The Business Manager will also provide consulting implement best practices for revenue cycle management and ensure compliance with industry standards in all aspects of their work.

Qualifications

Strong skills in A/R Management Billing and Collections
Proficiency in Business Office Management and Full-Cycle Billing
Experience in training and consulting within healthcare or long-term care facilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and best practices
Ability to develop strategies solve problems and manage financial operations effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in tools and software relevant to billing and financial management
Background in nursing home or long-term care operations is required
Bachelors degree in business administration Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus
