Job Summary

Role Overview

A Business Analyst analyzes and improves business processes ensuring ERP systems effectively support organizational goals. They work with stakeholders to gather requirements optimize workflows and support system implementation and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements
Analyze processes and recommend improvements
Configure and support ERP system modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance operations IT)
Troubleshoot issues and support end users
Develop reports and dashboards for insights

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Epicor ERP or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SQL/reporting knowledge preferred
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
