Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients.
As the Account Sales Lead will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities authorities and accountabilities within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s) services parts solutions or projects
Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
Handles diverse clients in a region. Works out strategy to meet targeted account goals.
Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Leads a department with medium-sized estimated orders.
Handles local focus on Small-Medium size territory
Orients on New Product Revenue and coordinates and delivers customer workshops
Completed commercial price strategy
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelors degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering
Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites customer facilities meetings training etc.).
Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
Have excellent leadership excellent interpersonal influencing and planning skills.
Have thorough understanding of Completions & Wellbore Interventions
Understand principle of market share growth strategy
Have ability to navigate in topline to bottomline path
