This role is critical in managing complex production ecosystemsensuring quality is maintained while continuously driving smarter faster and more cost-effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of production projects ensuring outputs meet client expectations on quality timelines and cost efficiency.

• Partner with clients to identify opportunities to optimize production; reducing costs improving timelines and enhancing scalability without compromising quality.

• Work closely with sourcing production and vendor teams to drive savings initiatives (e.g. material optimization vendor consolidation process improvements).

• Manage multiple production hubs and vendors ensuring consistency in execution across locations and smooth rollout at scale.

• Drive re-engineering initiatives across POSM and production materials; balancing innovation cost and operational feasibility.

• Oversee deployment of large-scale campaigns across multiple regions ensuring execution is seamless and issues are proactively managed.

A Bit About You

• At least 6 years of experience in account management production or project management ideally within marketing production POSM or retail environments.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end production or rollout projects including vendor and stakeholder coordination.

• Strong commercial mindset able to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Experience working with sourcing procurement or vendor negotiation is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable managing complex multi-stakeholder environments across different locations or hubs.

• Detail-oriented structured and able to manage timelines and deliverables under pressure.
