Job Summary

About the Role 

You will achieve personal sales targets by selling assigned product range using technical and customer knowledge to serve and assist customers by applying product solutions to their needs resulting in revenue generation 

Main Responsibilities 

  1. Promotes and sells the organizations products and services within an assigned geographic area product range or list of customer accounts to achieve sales targets. Utilizes current Siebel CRM systems in the sales process efficiently and reports on leads and sales activities regularly.
  2. Pursues sales leads visits existing and new customers assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services respond to customer enquiries negotiates prices and delivery times and concludes sales orders.
  3. Identifies research and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships generating future sales and repeat business. Refers sales leads customers feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization. Identifies leads for other business units promotes cross-selling activities and culture in the organization. 
  4. Establishes annual quarterly monthly or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedules own activities ensuring targets are met. Develops sales plans with key clients. 
  5. Monitor the payment due dates for each account and thereafter follow up with customers. 
  6. Maintain relationship with customers 
  7. Achieve personal yearly budget based on company setup 
  8. Reporting to Sales Manager
  9. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications :

You Have

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 3 years working experience in same area good grasp of the English language
  • Commitment to safety
  • Hold a current driving license 
  • Product Knowledge 
  • Market Research 
  • Contract Management 
  • Customer Relationship Management (Siebel CRM)
  • Persuade and Influencing 
  • Present and Communicating Information 
  • Meet Customer Expectations
