Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Additional administrative responsibilities.
- Operate an internet based phone system.
- Handle multiple lines.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
