Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with expertise in quickly identifying and submitting W2 candidates within 2-3 hours of receiving requirements. The ideal candidate must be experienced in sourcing US Citizens Green Card holders and TN visa candidates for contract roles with direct clients and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities: Quickly source and submit W2 candidates (US Citizens Green Cards TN Visa holders) within 2-3 hours of receiving job requirements. Utilize job portals (Monster LinkedIn etc.) and internal databases to find suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit. Work closely with hiring managers and vendors to understand role expectations. Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process. Keep records updated in the ATS and maintain compliance with US hiring policies. Required Skills: Proven experience in sourcing W2 candidates for US IT Staffing. Strong working knowledge of tax terms (W2 C2C 1099) and US work authorizations. Ability to deliver quality resumes within tight deadlines. Experience with high-volume recruitment and quick turnarounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
