Job Summary

As a QA Automation Engineer at Kickbase your role is central to ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of our products. Youll be collaborating with a diverse cross-functional team focusing on automating and streamlining our testing processes.
What Youll Do
- You develop and maintain our automation frameworks to ensure scalable and reliable test coverage
- You execute structured manual testing and exploratory testing to validate new features edge cases and user flows
- You ensure software quality from requirement clarification to production release
- You partner with developers designers and product managers to identify and resolve software issues
- You improve testing strategies balancing automation efficiency with smart manual validation
- You perform manual functional regression and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or efficient
- You integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
- You identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements
- You monitor product quality metrics and proactively address risks
- You contribute to refining acceptance criteria and test scenarios early in the development lifecycle
What You Bring
- You have at least 3 years of experience in QA (automation manual testing)
- You have a strong understanding of Java or C# with experience using Appium and Selenium
- You are experienced in manual testing methodologies (functional regression exploratory testing) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins CircleCI GitHub Actions etc.)
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a proactive ownership-driven person with an eye toward quality
- Based in Osijek
- You are located in Osijek or close by
