Track lead status follow-ups and responses.
Follow-ups
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest.
Ensure no inbound lead remains unattended.
Client Communication
Provide basic information about Doors Studio services portfolio and capabilities.
Schedule meetings or discovery calls between prospects and the sales team.
Requirements
13 years of experience in business development inside sales or lead management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client requirements quickly
Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously
Experience with CRM tools WhatsApp Business or lead management platforms is a plus
Basic understanding of digital marketing / branding services will be an advantage
