CMS Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and important partners to meet the daily requirements.
• Main respnsibilities include creating Marquees checking site for All ASE region markets
• Youll build all campaign builds within the defined Service level agreements while maintaining quality and minimizing errors.
• Responsible for internal QA and ensuring a smooth player journey / experience onsite
• Youll provide regular updates to the Team Lead on any issues or procedural improvements
• Support the Content team with Sitecore template build and several optimization tasks
• Support the Operations team on operational escalations regular promotional builds and internal queries
• Follow up on related incidents and raise an incident when it needs alerting the relevant teams.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements efficiency gains and Sitecore related enhancements
• Ensuring the Daily Task Sheets are up-to date .

Qualifications :

• You are experienced in the tools and systems used by the HYD Marketing Content team including: HTML CSS Sitecore
• You have to collaborate and work well with a diverse team at all levels of seniority
• You are enthusiastic including a desire to absorb feedback and develop professionally
• You are on new tools and stay updated on Sitecore product releases
• You have to provide support on weekends / shifts
