ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 4 years specifically in the ServiceNow domain.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Request CMDB etc.).
- Experience with any of the following modules is a plus: ITOM CSM HRSD SecOps GRC.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities data structures workflows and platform constraints.
- Experience creating process maps functional documentation user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA ITSM Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation are desirable.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and criticalthinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business teams.
- Detailoriented organized and proactive in identifying risks and dependencies.
