We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The role involves identifying staffing needs sourcing and screening candidates conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding of qualified candidates who align with the institutions values and goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and selection.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals social media referrals networking and campus hiring.
Coordinate and conduct telephonic online and face-to-face interviews along with panel members.
Maintain and update the candidate database recruitment trackers and reports.
Manage offer negotiations reference checks and documentation for selected candidates.
Support in onboarding induction programs and orientation sessions.
Develop and promote the organisations employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with compliance diversity and equal opportunity policies.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field (mandatory).
Masters in HR/MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment preferably in education sports or service sectors.
Skills:
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Collaborate with management and department heads to align recruitment with organisational goals.
