Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for working with TA Team and Hiring Managers to document requirements of job openings partnering with other departments to determine appropriate sourcing activities as well as identify department specific requirements; utilizing various job boards networking sites etc. to identify high-quality talent whose skills qualifications and personality best fit the needs of the department; generating and maintaining a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates; and documenting the candidate evaluation and interview process.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- The sourcing specialist executes the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels conducts initial maintains candidate data in Recruiting Management System (ATS) and provides recruiters with highly qualified experienced candidates.
- Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates; contribute to the candidate pipeline database (RMS).
- Adhere to sourcing process defined SLA consistency performance targets and delivery timelines.
- Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of external sourcing options (job sites professional recruiting sites etc.).
- Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity as applicable.
- Outstanding client service problem-solving teamwork and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Good organizational skills industry knowledge interpreting technology trends compensation and benefits knowledge of competitors at the base level knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring.
Qualifications & Job Skills:
- Strong technical and business functional acumen in understanding of job Specifications in business domain like IT Functional professional etc. Experience in contract elaboration for professional services IT (hardware/software) etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing for IT Technology roles for large IT Services companies.
- Experience with sourcing program enablement.
- Project management experience.
- Strong technical and business functional acumen in understanding of job Specifications in business domain like IT Infra IT Support Functional Professional etc.
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree required/preferred with hands on experience in using MS Office/AI tools.
