Job Summary

Sell company home care and hair care products to salons cosmetic shops supermarkets retailers and wholesalers
Open and manage assigned sales routes and territories
Educate customers on product usage benefits and differentiation
Ensure proper product display visibility and merchandising
Collect payments and submit accurate daily sales and stock reports
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on reorders
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Provide market feedback on competitor products pricing and trends

Requirements

Requirements (Cosmetic Industry Preferred)

Previous experience in cosmetic hair care or personal care sales (strong advantage)
Familiarity with salons cosmetic shops and beauty markets in Accra
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of integrity and accountability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp reporting required)
Motorbike or route sales experience is an advantage
