We are looking for adynamic person tojoin ourExecutive Assistant Group (EAG). EAGis ourteam of self-motivated EAs who support our Partners andare a keypart of ourCore Business Services team. We keep our organization running strong byworkingto deliverexceptional service supportingEYs growth and profitability in line with its vision of building a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

Our EAs aredriven administrative professionalswho enjoyteamingwith colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate needs to exceed given day your key responsibilities may include:

Businesssupport

Engagementmaintenance- Support the client engagement management process including tracking and reporting time & expenses as needed; running reports; maintaining accurate client and contact data; and play a key role in the billing process

Documentmanagement- Use firm brand standards to create and format letters proposals presentations and reports using various Microsoft tools

Meetings & events - Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings & small events (internal and external); liaise with designated teams for larger events; manage travel using our firms dedicated agents and travel tool;and independently manage multiple calendars

Teaming

Participate inmeetings and learning events;engage inteaminitiativesand projects; andprovide short-term backup support for your colleagues

What we look for

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevantexperience
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office (OutlookWordExceland PowerPoint)withproven abilityto learncustomizedsoftware/tools
  • Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communications skills
  • This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.
