What Youll Be Responsible For
End-to-End Project Delivery
Manage projects from design and planning through installation commissioning and handover ensuring delivery on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Design & Planning Excellence
Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs manage pre-requisites and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place.
Programme Risk & Cost Control
Own project schedules critical paths risk registers budgets forecasts and variation management keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the central point of contact for customers contractors suppliers and internal teams driving alignment accountability and clear communication.
Financial & Commercial Management
Manage cost control invoicing milestones revenue recognition variations and final accounts in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
Quality Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with safety standards governance and documentation requirements delivering defect-free projects and seamless handovers to service teams.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
35 years experience delivering infrastructure parking transport or technology-based projects.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management risk and cost control.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Exposure to parking systems access control IoT or digital platforms is highly regarded.
A proactive resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail.
