Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with the service team for a 12 month fixed parental leave contract to take ownership of a portfolio of key service customers. This role is responsible for managing longterm customer relationships maximising service revenue and identifying opportunities to grow KONEs share of the customer lifecycle.

You will be measured on customer loyalty retention service growth and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with strategically important customers within your territory.

• Own and manage the service contract portfolio including renewals variations and valueadding solutions

• Monitor account performance customer satisfaction (NPS) sales funnel activity and report insights to management

• Identify develop and close opportunities to grow service revenue modernisation and lifecycle solutions.

• Negotiate commercial agreements

• Actively manage customer issues complaints and risks

About You

• Proven experience in Account Management Sales or Business Development ideally within services building products construction or technical industries.

• Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential

• Strong customercentric mindset and deliver valuebased solutions.

• Confident managing complex multistakeholder accounts and longterm contracts

• Commercially astute with sound understanding of profitability forecasting and sales funnel management

• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
