Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong Business Analysis experience (8 years) supporting transformation initiatives with exposure to leveragingAItools to enhance analysis documentation and delivery efficiency.
- Relevant experience inGenAI(2-3 years).
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for integratingAIcapabilities into existing processes and operating models.
- Conduct requirements gathering impact assessment and gap analysis related toAI-enabled solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrate understanding ofAIapplications in enterprise environments including data platforms and Large Language Models from a business use-case perspective.
- Translate business needs into clear agile driven features and user stories to support implementation within governance frameworks.
- Support adoption ofAI-enabled tools by assisting with user onboarding issue resolution and process documentation.
- Engage effectively with global stakeholders ensuring compliance with risk regulatory and control standards in a banking environment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with theAIAssistant platform including login navigation and documentgeneration problems.
