Job Summary
About the role:
- This role will be responsible for planning and execution of Engineering R&D & NPI reliability qualifications and evaluations.
What you will do:
Responsible for the execution of reliability qualifications evaluations and/or risk assessments.
Define reliability stress test for product risk assessment of non-conforming products.
Analyze reliability test results and generate reports.
Coordinates with failure analysis in understanding reliability failures.
Supports the oversight of reliability lab operations and maintenance activities ensuring smooth operation and on time delivery of test results to the customers.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the process flow increase efficiency reduce cycle time and ensure appropriate capacity and capabilities are in place.
What you will need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably ECE EE ChE ME
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in semiconductor industry with experience in test quality reliability engineering and failure analysis.
Knowledge in Reliability Test Methods and Standards.
Knowledge in Quality Systems (IATF/ISO/QS9000 TS16949 ISO17025)
Knowledge in Calibration & Preventive Maintenance System
Proficiency in basic statistics and quality tools: MSA 8D FMEA SPC DOE QC tools.
Skilled in problemsolving tools and techniques.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to apply riskbased approaches.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation abilities.
