Job Summary

ABOUT US:

Go4Mobility is a leading SMS Aggregator in Portugal specialized in A2P SMS communication solutions and Voice termination.
The company maintains direct interconnections with national and international mobile operators as well as with other SMS Aggregators ensuring high quality availability and performance in traffic delivery.

The SMS Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and resolving incidents related to A2P SMS interconnection ensuring proper route operation delivery quality and SMS traffic performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical support and ticket management

Manage and respond to technical tickets related to SMS interconnection including incidents reported by clients partners and operators.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving delivery failures latency transmission errors or performance degradation in A2P SMS traffic.
Perform technical troubleshooting.

Monitoring and analysis

Continuously monitor SMS route performance (latency delivery rates throughput errors).
Identify anomalies degradation or interconnection failures.
Analyse logs and technical indicators to determine root causes of incidents.

Interconnection and partner management

Interact with mobile operators and international partners to resolve incidents.
Escalate technical issues appropriately and follow up on their resolution.
Validate new routes and technical interconnections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in telecommunications environments messaging (SMS A2P CPaaS) or similar.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of communication protocols.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with technical environments and support systems (ticketing systems).
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Basic Linux knowledge.
