Customer Support Specialist (French-speaking)
Location: Porto (On-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Full-time

What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries via phone email or chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality
What Were Looking For
- Native / C2 French good English level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Whats in It for You
- Base Salary: 1020 gross x14 salaries
- Bonus: 100 guaranteed (first 3 months) performance-based bonus after
- Meal Allowance: 9.60/day (net meal card)
- Transport Support: Up to 40/month reimbursement
- Welcome Bonus: 150 gross (paid in the 4th month)
