Job Summary
TheInternship Program 2026 aims to develop students potential talent through experience of real-life situations in the corporate world offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day addition we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.
The position is based inCuautitlán Izcalli Mexico
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What you will do
As a Customer Service Intern you will:
- Simplify the process of tracking service engineers planning
- Automate routine activities as much as possible
- Create controls for KPIs linked to the teams process.
We believe you have
Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering Robotics Automation Systems Engineering Data Science Actuarial Science or any other related field
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office (Excel- Intermediate)
- Power BI and Programming Desirable
- Intermediate English Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
- Proactive approach strong verbal communication skills and a high ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Availability for the Program: August 03 to July 05 2027.
- Estimated graduation date: July 2027 or later.
- Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days on-site 2 days at home) 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
