To support our Information Technology teams and ensure the proper operation of the ServiceNow platform we are looking to add an ServiceNow Junior Developer located in Guadalajara North Campus.
This role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for ServiceNow collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring the continuity and improvement of services.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop test deploy and maintain ServiceNow catalog items workflows flows and tasks to support business needs.
- Use ServiceNow scripting tools and platform functionality to automate routine tasks and improve platform efficiency.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow functionalities including workflows business rules forms catalogs roles and reports.
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions focusing on development- and configuration-related incidents.
- Analyze and resolve ServiceNow-related issues performing basic root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions.
- Support and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident Request Problem Change Knowledge and CMDB from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform improvements updates patches and deployments.
- Document configurations procedures and development changes.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards ITIL best practices and internal policies.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Handson ServiceNow development experience including scripting and platform configuration.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
