We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofInsights Manager
In this role you will:
- Support for timely submission of support materials to aid the strategic delivery and capabilities of the function
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enable and ensure wealth insights strategy execution
- Work collaboratively across all parts of the function at global regional and country levels with a strong customer focus led by team managers
- Contribute to supporting and developing an effective team through communication performance management development plans and recognition practices.
- Support the team in building streamlining and driving continuous improvement in all operational effectiveness in reporting analysis producing business briefings and control reporting across all levels supporting the investment insights function.
- Support and continually reassess the operational and regulatory risks associated inherent in the business taking account of changing economic or market conditions legal and regulatory requirements operating procedures and practices management restructurings and the impact of new technology
To be successful you will:
- Work with key stakeholders for the betterment of the business and clients.
- Experience of 8-12 years with graduation degree/post graduation degree
- Lead an engaging working environment and actively encourage a culture of personal development and a high-performance culture / growth mindset
- Communication and interpersonal skills along with stakeholder management experience
- Project managementinvestment and product knowledge
- Editorial or investment research experience is preferred
