Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets.
If you have strong expertise in costing inventory-heavy business and multi-location finance this is a great opportunity to make a real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting & financial reporting
Drive costing margin analysis & profitability improvement
Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO batch tracking wastage control)
Handle GST TDS Income Tax & statutory compliance
Lead budgeting forecasting & financial planning
Monitor cash flow & working capital
Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation
Lead & mentor finance team across locations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- / Finance background
