Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and techno-commercial Business Development Manager
who can drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong
client relationships and leading end-to-end sales for IT software and automation
solutions.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding strategic sales capability and
leadership skills to manage clients and guide internal Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure for IT/software
solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking referrals
and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners decision-
makers and CXOs
Present and sell solutions such as CRM ERP automation tools and custom
software
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose
customized solutions
Lead client meetings product demonstrations and negotiations
Manage and mentor a sales team ensuring performance targets are achieved
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for seamless execution
Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and reports
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong techno-commercial understanding of IT/software solutions
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS CRM ERP HRMS or IT
services
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Ability to understand business processes and recommend automation solutions

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field 15 years of experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / HRMS / POS implementation Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following tools: Zoho Books Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Payroll Zoho Creator Zoho Catalyst Zoho Desk Zoho SalesIQ Zoho Marketing Automation / Campaigns Microsoft 365 Dynamic Salesforce Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Java Python SQL C Understanding of APIs JSON and third-party integrations. Knowledge of database management and data handling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Experience in workflow automation and business process mapping Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting Experience handling enterprise-level implementations Certification in Zoho / Microsoft / Salesforce platforms Experience in multi-system integrations
