Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality and integrity in executing work on the Mold equipment engineering process
- Overseeing the installation modification upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Keeping current on equipment manufacturers technical notices upgrades and safety issues
- Studying equipment performance and reliability
- Establishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
- Providing technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
- Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education (Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering Electrical Computer Engineering Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Engineering) Physics or related engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 yrs working experience with Mold
Advance setup maintenance and troubleshooting
Capable to create work instructions procedures and critical machine specs
Machine calibration knowledge
Use of handy panel and other calibration jigs
Basic equipment and process parameters understanding
Material to Machine integration know hows
Advance chase tooling balancing and setup
Advance DOE and Problem Solving Skills
Advance knowledge on Excel/Powerpoint/SQL/Spotfire or similar data collection and visualization skills
Mold Flow simulation background
Nice to have: - Intermediate knowledge on below machines
Nordson/Panasonic Plasma
Bake Oven
CSAM/Xray
EO/Josung Laser and Accretech/Disco Saw Singulation experience
