Job Summary
Job Title: Locum - Physician - Anesthesiology - Cardiac
Facility & Practice Summary:
Located in the picturesque Kitsap County St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale WA is seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist for locum coverage. This modern facility built in 2020 boasts stunning views of the Olympic mountains and is nestled within a campus designed for comfort and efficiency. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide cardiac anesthesia services in an inpatient setting.
- Perform procedures including CABG mitral valve aortic valve TAVR LAAC maze and afib ablations.
- Operate in 1-2 cardiac operating rooms and oversee an electrophysiology lab and structural interventional lab.
- Participate in on-call coverage including weekend rotations.
- Collaborate with fellow anesthesiologists while ensuring patient safety and care quality.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology and Echo Cardiography - Required
- TEE Certification - Required
- Active Washington state license (preferred) or IMLC
- Completion of a Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship - Required
- Certifications in BLS ACLS DEA - Required
- Clean malpractice history and background - Highly Preferred
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Echo Cardiography
- TEE Certification
- Active WA license or IMLC
- Fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology
- BLS ACLS DEA certifications
