Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays CT scans and MRIs
Interpret imaging results and provide accurate reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient treatment plans
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards
Provide consultations and recommendations to referring physicians
Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technologies
Participate in continuous professional development and training
Contribute to patient education regarding radiology procedures
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia
Completion of residency in Radiology
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using radiology equipment and software
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
Call: Weeknights (4:30p-8a) or weekends (Friday 4:30p-Monday 7a)
Case Volume: 14-18 per day
Case Types: Endovascular procedures
EMR: Epic
PACS: Change Healthcare
Must be board-certified
