Your mission as Sales Specialist is simple: drive our growth by winning new partnerships. Own It - You will execute the full sales cycle taking complete accountability from lead generation to contract closure. You are the face of our brand on the ground prioritizing high-volume physical walk-ins and face-to-face negotiations. Your mission is to maintain a high-performance pace acquiring new partners every month to expand our footprint.
Dive Deep - You use local market data as your compass to understand competitive advantages and prioritize high-potential leads for territory success. You dont just fill a pipeline; you maintain and optimize a high-velocity CRM workflow that ensures no opportunity is missed and every lead is tracked with precision.
Deliver Value Fast - You thrive in a transactional sales environment where speed is a competitive edge. Your focus is on signing high-quality deals efficiently with the professional agility to move from initial contact to contract closure within just 12 visits.
Raise the Bar - You set the standard for operational excellence by ensuring all prospect and lead data is updated accurately and in real-time within our CRM. Your commitment to process standards ensures that our growth is backed by reliable data. Furthermore you ensure a seamless immediate transition of every signed partner to our Partner Growth teams guaranteeing their success from day one.
Stay Humble - You act as our eyes and ears on the ground. By gathering competitive insights and partner feedback during your daily interactions you provide the on-the-street reality that helps management stay sharp. You translate your field experiences into actionable recommendations that improve our collective strategy

Qualifications :

  • Proven Sales Mastery - You bring 34 years of high-impact B2B or Field Sales experience. You have a documented track record of success in high-volume transactional environmentssuch as payment processing or high-frequency B2B saleswhere speed and volume are the primary drivers of growth.
  • Strategic Pipeline Management - You possess the disciplined approach required to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently hit monthly acquisition targets. You are a tactical negotiator who excels at objection handling turning no into a partnership through persistence and professional clinicality.
  • Elite Industry Advantage - We give a significant advantage to candidates coming from high-velocity sales backgrounds including Merchant Acquisition FinTech/SaaS Field Sales (SMB focus) or high-frequency FMCG B2B. You understand the specific nuances of these industries and can hit the ground running on day one.
  • Deliver Value Fast / Own It - You are a results-driven professional with a relentless focus on the transactional velocity required to maximize your uncapped commission. You take full ownership of your territory demonstrating the resilience and hunter mindset needed to dominate a competitive market.
