What You Will Do
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers managing all customer-related matters
Build and maintain strong customer relationships including leading business reviews and engagement touchpoints
Oversee customer contract management and ensure timely accurate reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
Manage customer visits critical orders warranty claims RRCA and technical enquiries
Handle credit release credit notes and ensure invoice accuracy and process efficiency
Provide timely status updates and maintain clear proactive communication with customers
Support account receivables dispute resolution forecasting and related customer activities
Drive positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes for assigned accounts
Apply CORE tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Support EHS projects and initiatives ensuring compliance and participation
Travel as required for customer engagements and performance reviews
Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have
Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Strong adaptability in managing fluctuating customer demands
Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Qualifications We Prefer
Prior experience in customer service account management or operations
Exposure to contract management order management or supply chain processes
Programming or data analysis skills (e.g. basic automation reporting tools)
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to travel on short notice
