Responsibilities
- Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
- Lead Agile delivery across engineering product data and infrastructure teams
- Accelerate organization-wideAI adoptionand innovation initiatives
- Own project execution end-to-end unblock teams manage dependencies and deliver impact
- Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment
- Help build a high-ownership innovation-driven engineering culture
Requirements
- Profile/background
- 610 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
- Experience in fast-moving tech fintech AI or crypto environments preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure
- Curious adaptive and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning
- Skill set
