Your Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented analyticalAccounting Specialist. The role is primarily focused onaccounting operations with some exposure to controlling and process management. You will manage accounting activities independently ensuring accurate bookkeeping and correct system entries.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
-Review verify and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
-Match purchase orders receipts and invoices (3-way matching)
-Prepare payment runs (checks bank transfers ACH)
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
-Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
-Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment status
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
-Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
-Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. To handle the complexity of working with a wide variety of customer and industry types as we offer a variety of payment and lease options you should have very high attention to detail strong investigative/problem solving skills and a resilient positive attitude. If credit control is in your DNA and you enjoy working in a close passionate team look no further!

What you should bring:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial services credit collection and accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual abilities and international business experience are advantageous.
