WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead the development and delivery of AI products that transform Market Intelligence workflows and enable investment professionals to generate differentiated research and trading ideas
• Work with investment professionals to identify and prioritize AI use cases that drive productivity and actionable insights
• Translate research and investment needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and internal approval processes through testing deployment and operational support with metrics-driven reporting on adoption and business impact
• Establish and maintain model governance standards including testing monitoring documentation and performance validation to ensure reliability and responsible use
• Develop integrations between external Compliance approved data sources and internal systems and collaborate with data engineering to ensure high-quality inputs and reproducible pipelines
• Stay current of AI and machine learning trends evaluate new methods and tools and represent Market Intelligence in shaping the firms broader AI strategy

WHATS REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering data science statistics or a related field
• 2 years of professional experience including experience in AI/ML product initiatives or solution engineering teams
• Demonstrated track record of designing and operating AI/ML products in production with measurable business impact
• Proven experience working with large datasets and data pipelines including proficiency in SQL or equivalent data querying tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
