DescriptionAs the IMG Compliance Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for the delivery of all items related Fuel Economy & CO2 fleet compliance in IMG regulated markets. You will manage team members and stakeholders across various disciplines and time zones to coordinate the required tools and documentation to enable accurate forecasting in currently regulated markets (AUS NZ SK & KSA) for IMG regional & global reporting and program milestones while identifying potential future regulated markets including anticipated impacts.
The position will report to the IMG Cycle Resource & Compliance Planning manager based in Australia with the position either in Thailand or India depending on the successful candidate with the need to meet the local requirements related to hybrid or on-site work.
- Lead the delivery of accurate CO2 & FE status of IMG regulated markets to yearly cadence including multiple FPV releases and subsequent IMG region and Global review and approval cadences. Provide Vehicle Program teams with required CO2 & FE assessments to enable on-time milestone declarations.
- Work with stakeholders in IMG & Global compliance planning VEME Marketing & Sales Finance Program Management and SE&SE to ensure visibility alignment and inputs to IMG and program status and forecasts. This may include amended or scenario planning for regulatory updates clarifying details of market volumes determining appropriate values to use for future programs not yet through etc.
- Interface between IMG and Global compliance planning ensuring communication of key IMG status and issues adoption of best practices where appropriate for IMG and cascade of IMG experiences and lessons learned.
- Oversee implementation of best tools practice and methods to maintain accuracy effectiveness and nimbleness of IMG compliance planning including ability to respond to scenarios and support strategic decision marking related to vehicle portfolio and regulatory compliance including possible credit purchases and / or penalty payments.
- Manage team members manager and key stakeholders remotely across multiple time zones and regions.

Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred but FIN or similar also considered.
- 5 years experience in related Automotive role with exposure and knowledge of Vehicle and Propulsion technologies program delivery through complete development cycle and exposure to forward model planning and principles. Eg Product Development including Program Management Functional engineering including Integration Portfolio or Cycle Planning etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work across time zones cultures disciplines and grade levels to ensure clear exchanges of information and perspective on key issues and requirements. This includes out-of-hours work with flexibility required to accommodate all IMG markets and North America as required.
- Coordinate and convey key points in a considered and coherent narrative to all stakeholders including regional and global with well developed documentation technical presentations and presenting skills.
- Experience in interacting with or managing teams and issue across multiple time zones locationsetc.
- Ability to use required software and Ford systems with focus on Microsoft Excel capability including macros data analysis etc.
- Fluency in English and ability to be comfortable communicating in related technical discussions and vocabulary.
