About the role
As a Service Delivery Lead you will own and coordinate the planning prioritisation scheduling and governance of work across the Documents and Notices Platform. You will create visibility across demand capacity and risk enabling informed decisions that protect customer and enterprise outcomes. This role works closely with delivery product tribes and business partners to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time.
What youll do
Lead and continuously improve the Service Delivery Model ensuring it remains scalable effective and aligned to enterprise priorities.
Own the endtoend intake and prioritisation process setting clear standards sequencing rules and escalation pathways.
Partner with Platform Delivery Managers Scrum Masters and Product Owners to maintain delivery readiness cadence and backlog health.
Provide clear visibility of demand capacity dependencies and risks to support confident decisionmaking.
Identify systemic delivery issues and drive practical improvements that enhance flow governance and value delivery.
Support governance forums and reporting that enable transparency accountability and continuous improvement.
What youll bring
Experience in service delivery operations or program coordination within a complex matrixed environment.
Demonstrated capability designing or governing prioritisation intake or service delivery models.
Strong systems thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to simplify complex delivery challenges.
Experience working with agile or lean delivery approaches to improve flow and delivery outcomes.
Confidence influencing stakeholders across delivery technology and business teams without direct authority.
A collaborative outcomefocused approach with comfort adapting to changing priorities.
