ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment staffing employee relations payroll training and recognition benefit communications and employee recognition.
Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision.
Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment enrollment and maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Maintain current employee information policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
Gather information and prepare reports on various HR topics as needed.
Manage processes connected with the onboarding of new employees process terminations largely consisting of ensuring UltiPro data entry and communication to respective departments.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree required. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.
Two or more years previous human resources office experience required.
