As an Onboarding Specialist at CSI Engineering USA you will play a crucial role in welcoming and integrating new employees into our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies procedures and culture.
- Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Providing support and guidance to new hires throughout their onboarding process.
- Collaborating with various departments to facilitate the onboarding process effectively.
- Collecting feedback from new employees to continuously improve our onboarding program.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding employee orientation or HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and onboarding techniques.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $20 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $23 per hour
- Benefits package including health insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
