Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Post new and used motorcycle sales deals accurately and promptly.
- Review and verify deal paperwork for legal and internal compliance.
- Issue payoffs for trade-in vehicles.
- Stocking in New and Used Vehicles
- Physical inventories
- Other duties as the need arises.

Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Prior accounting dealership or Powersports experience with deal posting experience is preferred.
- Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a small team environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills across departments.
- Someone that enjoys working as a team is a must.
