About the Project
ACCIONA delivers major substation works transmission line corridors and supporting civil assets. Teams work across complex multidisciplinary environments with clients and suppliers to deliver critical electricity infrastructure. The portfolio includes high value projects that require strong commercial leadership and alignment with long term business goals.
About the Opportunity
The Commercial Manager shapes commercial strategy for major substation and transmission line projects and advises the Head of Project Development. The role guides complex negotiations assesses risk develops commercial models and supports senior leaders with commercial insight. It strengthens governance improves commercial systems and influences decisions that affect project performance.
What are the key accountabilities for the position
- Lead commercial strategy for major bids and complex projects across the National Transmission space
- Shape procurement models and contract structures for complex delivery
- Assess and mitigate commercial legal and supply chain risk
- Lead negotiation planning for high value technical contracts
- Strengthen governance and support approvals for major commitments
- Analyse commercial data to guide strategic decisions
- Build senior partnerships with clients legal teams and suppliers
Required Skills and Competencies
- Degree in law commerce or engineering
- 10 years commercial leadership
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with major infrastructure
- Confident stakeholder engagement
