Job Summary

Get to Know the Team

The Merchant Lifecyle Team is responsible for the onboarding training and analysis of Grab merchants throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to maturing their business enabled by Grab services and products. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community of merchants that we serve.

Get to Know the Role

You will oversee the merchant onboarding process for Tier 4 cities responsible for driving Grabs merchant growth in the area and ensuring their success. Reporting to the Manager you will be based in our Jakarta Office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Oversee the whole onboarding funnel for Tier 4 cities
  • Assist the Sales Tier 4 cities in acquiring merchants through several on-site events
  • Analyze processes for the onboarding of Tier 4 cities merchants
  • Collaborate with the operations and content team to provide a smooth onboarding process
  • Responsible for the business outcome for Tier 4 cities

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Possess a minimum Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business and operations. Experience in Tech industry is an added value
  • Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Capability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions backed by data insights
  • Experience adapting to different types of pace and changes
