About the role
The AccountsAdministrator provides effective and accurate financial administrative servicesacross accounts payable accounts receivable banking and payroll.
Working closelywith the Finance Manager this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daytodayoperation of the finance function. You will process supplier invoices andpayments manage receivables reconcile bank accounts and process payroll forthe Nursing Council and partner regulatory authorities.
Given the natureof the work this role requires a high level of integrity attention to detailand a strong commitment to confidentiality. You will also contribute tocontinuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes and supportingthe wider finance team as required.
Upholding theprinciples of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and contributing to a culturally safeworkplace is integral to this role.
About you
You bring solidexperience in accounts administration and enjoy working in a structured detailfocusedenvironment. You are well organised reliable and take pride in deliveringaccurate work on time.
You will also bring:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records Confidence using Microsoft Office particularly Excel Experience with financial systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage) Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders A commitment to confidentiality professionalism and continuous improvement
