About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Hospitality Support Services team.
This role is unique because youll administer a wide range of essential services. From providing front-line customer support at our busy enquiries desk to coordinating meeting rooms issuing ID cards and overseeing uniform distribution youll ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Youll support the key administrative processes that keep our hospital running smoothly and create a welcoming experience for patients visitors and staff alike.

We need someone who is a quick learner tech-savvy and possesses great customer service skills. Youll be someone who consistently goes the extra mile and is a true team player ready to contribute to our collaborative environment.
This is a 0.4 FTE role working 32 hours per fortnight. Shifts are rostered between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Shifts will be mostly 4 hours in length with some 8-hour shifts as per roster requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Front-Line Customer Service: Youll be the welcoming first point of contact for patients visitors and staff assisting with enquiries directions and managing the busy enquiries desks.
- Deliver Comprehensive Administrative Support: This includes handling general office duties precise data entry report generation and managing service orders and invoicing.
- Coordinate Essential Hospital Services: Youll oversee meeting room bookings set up AV equipment prepare catering spaces and manage uniform distribution from sizing to returns.
- Manage ID Cards and Support Operational Needs: Youll be responsible for issuing ID cards and assisting with crucial tasks related to linen laundry and cleaning audits.
- Assist with Volunteer Coordination: Your role will also involve supporting the daily monitoring data collection and recruitment efforts for hospital volunteers.

About you
Required skills and experience
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability with customer service and written and oral communication.
- Experience in administrative support /receptionist / office.
- Proven competency in computer skills Microsoft Office
- Ability to use initiative and be organised and methodical with processes.
