Contract Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: 3700 BGN gross/month (14 salaries per year)

Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Slovenian
- Support with account management product information order tracking and device troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with brand and age-verification policies
- Accurately document interactions in English within internal CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate when necessary
- Work flexible rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
Working Schedule
Rotational shifts within the following hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 23:00 / Sunday: 10:00 19:00
Candidate Requirements
- Native or C2-level Slovenian (mandatory) English B2
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic devices
- Previous experience in customer support retail or consumer goods is a plus
- Professional detail-oriented and empathetic approach
