About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone email and chat by answering inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
