Job Summary
We are partnering with a growing healthcare services organization seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support operational leadership across multiple sites. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations driving budgeting forecasting and performance insights that directly impact patient service delivery and business outcomes.
This is an ideal role for a finance leader who enjoys partnering closely with operations teams translating financial data into clear business decisions and improving processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What Youll Do
Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis for multi-site operations
Partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance and cost optimization
Build and present financial reports dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders
Analyze revenue expense trends and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions
Support month-end close activities and financial planning cycles
Identify process improvements and implement scalable financial controls
Provide clear actionable recommendations based on financial and operational data
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
5 years of progressive finance experience (FP&A Finance Manager or Accounting leadership)
Experience supporting operations in healthcare multi-site services or high-volume environments
Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA a plus)
Preferred Background
Healthcare services hospital systems clinics or similar operationally driven environments
Experience partnering directly with operations or regional leadership teams
Exposure to multi-location or service-based organizations
