Job Summary
Location: Sarasota Reports To: Maintenance Branch Manager DL of Florida at least 2 years of Manager role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and relationships through exceptional service and communication. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance clients. Handle client/homeowner concerns professionally and Manage daily client communication phone calls texts emails site visits and quality inspections. Coordinate with Production Managers to ensure contract specifications and client expectations are met while ensuring Portal schedules are prompt and accurate. Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction through enhancements seasonal color palm trimming/care and irrigation services. Directing/Monitoring all hired contractors to ensure proper job and completion of is to company standards. Monitoring monthly house counts active proposals and billing accuracy. Conducting weekly safety meetings Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication organization and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license and clean driving record
