Contract Duration: 182 days Schedule: Mon Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Bill Rate: $35.56/hr
Job Summary
The Site Services Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring daily operational efficiency and regulatory compliance at the facility. By executing soft services tasks managing contractors and performing minor facility maintenance this position supports business continuity seamless facility operations and the safety and comfort of all staff. The technician acts as the primary liaison for core vendors coordinates with internal teams and upholds the standards of quality and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison and escort for service providers (Janitorial Pest Control Shredding Lab Coat Cleaning Recycling/Waste Snacks).
- Conduct daily facility inspections to proactively resolve issues.
- Perform minor repairs and facility upgrades (painting shelves fixtures etc.).
- Set up conference rooms and assist in event setup/cleanup.
- Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to site safety procedures.
- Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS and use data for informed decisions.
- Support Facility Engineers and back up as needed.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Systems and complete required trainings.
- Manage timeliness of service ticket requests for all internal users.
- Maintain tidiness and stock levels in breakroom areas.
- Collaborate with EHS to monitor safety initiatives across labs and common areas.
