Healthcare Recruitment Associate (Sourcing Specialist) Sydiera

Sydiera is seeking motivated and resourceful Healthcare Recruitment Associates to join our talent acquisition team. This entry-level recruiting role is focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline development supporting our senior recruiters in identifying top healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates (physicians nurse practitioners physician assistants nurses and allied health professionals) through job boards databases and networking

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone email and professional platforms

• Pre-screen candidates to assess basic qualifications interest and availability

• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Track sourcing activity and meet weekly outreach and pipeline goals

• Stay current on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 02 years of experience in recruiting sales customer service or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
