The Telco Regulatory Compliance team serves as a key interface with external regulatory authorities andmaintains a deep understanding of global telecommunications regulations market dynamics and industrytrends. As a Telco Regulatory Compliance Assistant you will support the team in implementing regulatoryrequirements across multiple markets and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliantexecution of products processes and role requires strong data-handling capabilities exceptional organizational skills and a commitment togaining expertise in telecommunications regulatory frameworks worldwide.

The role

  • Regulatory Documentation & Filings:Manage licensing filing and reporting documentation for various projects working closely with the global regulatory team and external legal advisors to ensure timely and accurate submissions to official regulatory bodies.
  • Regulatory Calendar Management:Support the development and continuous maintenance of the regulatory reporting calendarincluding setting reminders and ensuring documentation and deadlines remain up to date.
  • Preparation & Submission of Regulatory Reports:Take full ownership of preparing regulatory reporting materials submitting them for managerialreview and delivering final documentation to the appropriate authorities in line with reportingschedules.
  • Data Research & Documentation Production:Conduct research gather data and produce documentation related to regulatory activitiesfollowing the priorities and guidance set by the team manager.
  • Cross-Functional Internal Support:Assist internal teams by providing the required paperwork compliance documentation andsupport for processes triggered by regulatory or compliance obligations.
  • Application & Licensing Process Support:Support the end-to-end management of regulatory application processes particularly inconsolidating documentation tracking progress and ensuring all requirements are metaccording to local regulations.
  • Tracking Regulatory Requirements & Obligations:Assist in maintaining accurate internal records of regulatory requirements reporting obligationsand compliance-related projects ensuring traceability and consistency across markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Legal studies preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced evolving industry; experience intechnology or telecommunications is a strong plus.
  • High proficiency in Excel and databases with strong data mining organization and manipulationskills.
  • Strong multitasking ability able to manage several deadlines and deliver results in a timely andaccurate manner.
  • Eagerness to learn adapt and grow new skills within the regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and consistency in decision-making with an emphasis on timeliness andprofessionalism.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
